Loaner Program Qualifications

New Customers

• This only applies to brands we sell. 

• We as the Authorized Dealer must do the warranty repair for the equipment to qualify for the loaner program.

•  This loaner program is something we are providing for short term use for our customers - This is not a manufacturer program. 

• This program does not provide a loaner in the event the unit needs repair from damage due to normal use, wear and tear, use of incorrect or poor fuel, maintenance services, repair of damage related to abuse, neglect, accident or use of the turf equipment which is not in accordance with operating instructions in the operator or engine manuals.

• Loaner units must be returned after two days to allow availability for all customers. Customers traveling from a distance may receive one additional day for travel.

• Customers using loaners are still responsible to refill the gas/diesel tank, return the unit clean and let us know of any repairs or service needs.

• We do not have rental trailers for customer use. Customers needing delivery of the loaner will inquire the P&D fee for both the delivery and the pick up of the unit back to our store. Pick up and Delivery charges are NOT covered under warranty by the manufacturer and are the financial responsibility of the customer to pay, as well as the delivery and pick up of their own machine.

• Kreider Four Seasons Equipment, Inc. will do its best to offer a loaner machine if a unit we sold breaks down from a factory defect during the warranty period of the machine. If the unit repair isn’t warranty, the customer will be notified and the loaner machine will be billed using our rental rates.

• Loaner units for anything past the warranty period or factory defects are not possible and will be considered a rental.

• Loaner units come from our rental department. Units already reserved for rental will not lose their rental date. Loaners must be scheduled around the rental departments schedule.

• Steiner and Ventrac attachments don’t have an hour meter so the use of a loaner is based strictly on factory defects only.

• This program DOES NOT include units used for snow removal.

Existing Customers

• Units purchased from Kreider Four Seasons Equipment, Inc. that break down after the warranty period can contact our rental department to schedule a one day or weekend rental while their equipment is in the shop and receive a 20% discount. Customers wanting to rent for a longer period of time can do so at full price.
